I had seen an ad in the paper from Roger Fisher, former lead for the band Heart, asking if anyone needed lessons or songwriting help. I called the number, met with Roger and I asked him to help me write a rock song. 


He challenged me to write one about his band. After hearing his side of the story and reading about the rest of the members, I wrote Pieces One by One. 


In the tribute band Heart by Heart, Chad Quist, my producer and their lead, plays a lot of the licks and riffs that Roger created.
